Glenwood Waterama Road Races

10K Run, 5K Run/Walk & Magic Mile is on Saturday July 30, 2022. It includes the following events: Rotary 5K, Glenwood State Bank Magic Mile, and Rotary 10k. 




We have had many repeat questions and we thought you may have the some of the same so we've answered them here for you:

Q:  Has the course changed?  Are we having the same races?
A:   The courses are the same and all three races are available for sign up:  5k run/walk, 10k run and the Magic Mile.

Q:  Why did it take so long to get the website up and running?
A:  Your safety is our top priority -- period.  We carefully reviewed the CDC guidance and discussed our options with city officials.  We considered all sorts of changes!  However, in the end, we are keeping the same price, races, routes, busses and packet pickup.  We appreciate your patience!

Q:  When is the deadline for a guaranteed tshirt?
A:  July 13 - sign up today!

Q:  Who can I contact for more information?

 https://runsignup.com/waterama2022 midnight on Thursday, July 21.  After that, you can sign up during packet pickup at the Pope County Museum from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and again on the morning of the race until approximately 7:15 a.m.
